Qualifications:
? Diploma or Bachelor?s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
? Strong organizational and time management skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
? Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
? Assist sales team members in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and agreements.
? Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, banquet, operations) to support client requests.
? Follow up on leads and inquiries when necessary to support the sales team.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
? Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
? Schedule and organize sales meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
? Manage sales files, documentation, and database organization.
? Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional.
Client Communication & Event Coordination
? Respond to client emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
? Coordinate site inspections, appointments, and familiarization trips.
Team & Cross-Property Support
? Provide coordination support across the cluster?s properties, ensuring alignment of sales operations.
? Work closely with other hotel departments (F&B, Front Office, Events) to ensure a smooth flow of information and service delivery.
Support in special projects, trade show preparation, and on-site event assistance as assigned.________________________________________
