Minimum of 3-5 years in 4 or 5 stars hotel/resort experience in the same position
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office MS Excel Power Point etc.
Good Command of written and spoken English
Pleasant personality, initiative and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic and proactive person with analytical skills
Must be confident in training delivery
HR knowledge is a plus
