High school diploma or Bachelor Degree; 4-5 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
1. Supervises the functioning of all venue staff, facilities, sales and costs, to ensure maximum profit is achieved.
2. Roles and analyses, on an on-going basis, in order to optimize the following:
- Quality levels of product and service
- Guest satisfaction
- Merchandising and marketing
- Operating costs
- Sanitation and cleanliness (hygiene)
- Full implementation of the POS (Ongoing maintenance and continuous liaising with accounting.
3. Coordinates and supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage products to ensure the highest quality at all times.
4. Establishes and maintains effective staff relations.
5. Be hands on and very operations & development orientated.
6. Deliver exceptional guest service that exceeds guest expectations.
7. Implements a daily, weekly and monthly checklist for all food and beverage operations and HACCP standards. Ensures proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency.
8. Keeps aware of trends, systems, practices and equipment in food and beverage preparation and service in the industry through trade literature and actual visits.
