- At least 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant
- Highly self-motivated individual who is able to meet assignment requirements
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Drive sales through respective key market segments.
- Builds relationships with key decision makers so as to ensure that company is a preferred choice for their serviced apartment programs.
- Coordinate with Sales Team to maximize potential of the account.
- Manage marketing initiatives, business campaigns and programs with various key partners.
- Establish benchmarking and ROI on any applicable marketing initiatives, campaigns and programs
- Identify potential new customers and segments to grow business
- Participate in and represent company at related trade shows, overseas sales trips and networking events
- Oversee & ensure Sales & Distribution Channels are set up accordingly
