- Minimum 3-5 years Human Resources experience in a full service hotel and demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be the only person with specialist knowledge in the organization.
- Able to persuade and negotiate with people to ensure that standards are met.
- Good knowledge of current human resource practices and conversant with the Thai Labor Laws, Industrial Relations Act and other related legislations.
