Job Purpose: To maintain and develop company food & beverages business within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standard
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain of all food quality & control procedures
2.Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
3.Assist in menu planning and pricing
4.Develop and maintain of food department manual
5.Budget and cost control
6.Responsible for lead F&B team by training and appraising their performance
7.Audit the operation to keep food standard
8.Coordinate with other functions department in order to improve business
9.Assist in new restaurant plan and set up
10.Other tasks as assigned
