Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Able to communicate in English, both in writing and speaking.
Good computer skills in relevant working system and MS Office.
Assists the Restaurant Manager in every aspect of manning and organization of the restaurant to the standards established by the Hotel.
Briefs personnel on preparations, service and content of menu items. Coordinates with kitchen on daily or monthly specials and promotions.
Ensure all necessary arrangement and preparation are made for normal and special events; coordinates activities with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments.
