At least 2 years experience in Food & Beverage Management.
Organized, systematic, strong leadership, Excellent customer service, team builder, aptitude to delegation, supportive, acute sense of planning and good organization skills., analytical, patience, creative, dynamic and result oriented.
Excellent organizational, verbal and written English communication, with Thai an advantage,
Computer literate is necessary.
Ability to work under pressure, pleasing personality, polite and courteous
Knowledge of Bangkok Marketplace
To ensure the smooth operation of various outlets and are individually profitable in accordance with the standards of the hotel and targets.
To monitor all costs and recommend/institute measures to control them.
To ensure that an effective marketing approach is applied to all outlets
To fully understand the market needs and desires for each outlet. Work closely with Exec Chef to ensure that the menus are developed for the outlets accordingly.
To ensure monthly forecasts are prepared.
To prepare, along with his/her outlet teams, a yearly Marketing Plan for each outlet, which is the basis of the yearly business plan.
To continuously seek ways to assist management in the outlet to maximize revenues and profit.
