The ideal candidate should possess at least university degree in business administration, commerce, or management with at least ten-year experience of operations management from a well-established and reputable service institution with a good command of English.
He/she should also have solid knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management, and have knowledge of principles and practices in aspects of business and management, financial and accounting, human resource, project management, and information technology.

The Operations Manager?s duties include overseeing and monitoring the frontline activities and smooth day to day operations of the RBSC and RBSC Polo Club and in particular the Food and Beverage operations, Sports Division and Membership Services, ensuring that the facilities are maintained and presented to a high standard for the use of the Members and their guests. He/she also responsible for providing recommendations for operations improvement initiatives including budgeting and control, driving continuous cost reduction and operating effectiveness improvement, and analyzing and drawing information for long-term strategic change and improvement for the Club.
In addition, he/she shall work closely with the General Manager to review and/or reform procedures and define new policies to ensure the smooth operation and the continuous improvement of the Club and also maintain a high degree of daily interface and contact with the Membership and report any incidents or issues that may affect the operation of the Club or affect the Member's use of the facilities.
