- Ability to handle multiple assignments under high pressure and consistently tight deadlines.

1. Constantly improving processes to effectively manage rates and availability in all distribution channels
2. Coordinate closely with all distribution channels by providing them hotels information, room availability and rates
3. Maintain rate parity and data integrity across the different distribution systems
4. Develop and expand into various distribution channels
5. Perform rate research and audits across distribution channels to ensure rate & content parity
6. Provide consultative support and conduct distribution related trainings as needed to hotels
7. Establish good relationship with the Market Managers of the Online Travel Agents
8. Attend weekly or monthly meetings, presenting key insights and distribution strategies
9. Additional duties as assigned
