General Manager

? Male or Female, Thai Nationality, age 35 years old up
? Bachelor?s Degree or higher in Hospitality, Hotel Management,Administration or related field
? Minimum 10-15 years working direct experience in high end hotels or resorts management and specially in hospitality industry
? Ability to set up and manage systems and procedure of business
? Ability to multi task for overall management of resort and maintenance,health spa service,kitchen and food
? Interpersonal Skill with solid customer service and customer satisfaction
? Good decision making, problem-solving, communication skills, and be able to work under pressure
? Balance/ Mature/ Business Acumen/ and Organization
? Very good command of English both spoken and written

The General Manager will be qualified to a graduate degree level in related subject and have Only Thai Nationality, at least 10 years working experience as top management level in a fast moving organization preferably in online, internet or website business. The General Manager will also have a strong management background, and be able to lead & motive subordinates as well as develop service and business opportunities to provide our clients with a full range of products and services based upon their needs. In addition, the successful candidate will need to have very good English communication abilities, have proven management abilities, and be highly intelligent and creative to lead a growing business with a hands-on management style.
