? Be conversant with the Front Office computer systems.
? Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written), Fluency in a foreign language is an advantage.
? Experienced in using Property Management System and FO cashiering.
? Proficient with computers
? Proven track of delighting customer or up-selling
? Highly motivated and passionate about the job and his/her career in the resort.
? Be familiar with all the Emergency procedures (fire, accident, bomb threat, etc.)
? Must be able to work on private secluded island for long period of time w/ flexible working hours, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Summary:
The Guest Service Officer/Food & Beverage Server is responsible to assist guests? needs at all time. Responsible for all check-in and checkout of guests, as well as, be thoroughly knowledgeable of resort and surrounding areas in order to be able to show and provide information about resort to guests. Assisting guest by providing special help/care such as by coordinating with related departments on specific needs and entertainment. Keeps records of guests? accounts, computes bills, collects payments, do paid-outs, and makes currency exchanges for guests. Knowledgeable of resort and all other internal recognition programs including amenities offered for repeat guests, honeymoon and wedding anniversary guests. Being up-to-date with all prices and activities and the resort. The GSFB is also responsible for food & beverage service to guests as needed and must be well versed with the menu as well as in the preparation of beverages.
