- Plan, design, implement, manage, and control the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and practices for the entire company in order to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standard, goal attainment and ongoing development of workforce
- Work closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line manager and employee to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Ensure that all HR policy and practice are complied with Thai Labour Law
- Facilitate change in organization to help transition all levels
- HR Planning- Policy and Procedure
- Develop Human resources policies and procedure and communicate to all department
- Design Organization structure including Organization chart
- Recruitment Selection and Hiring Identify staff vacancies, forecast future staffing and organizational needs
- Advise line manager in allocating human resources, ensuring appropriate matches to job description
- Recruit staff which includes developing sourcing channel, designing job descriptions and person specification, preparing job advertisements, screening application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates
