? Previous working experience from 5-Star Hotels in the similar or the same role is advantage.

? Good computer knowledge.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Chef and Culinary Team.
Co-ordinate and arrange all activities relating to the Culinary office. Liaise with Culinary staff of the Hotel.
The Kitchen Coordinator will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel?s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.
