? Excellent knowledge in the use various digital marketing platform, in particular Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager.
? Ability to formulate digital marketing plan.
? Ability to lead a team to achieve targets and objectives.
? Good English language skills (written and spoken)
Job Scope:
All Digital Marketing activities related to the services and products of Pinnacle Hotels & Resorts.
List of Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Formulate digital marketing strategies for each individual hotel and the hotel group.
? Prepare the annual digital marketing budget.
? Manage and oversee the execution of the digital marketing plan by the marketing team.
? Train, coach and develop marketing team members within the discipline of digital marketing and ensure knowledge transfer.
? Oversee the daily updates on Social Media platforms, notably Facebook pages, in accordance with brand identity and considering resort customer personas.
? Set guidelines for responding to messages on social media platforms.
? Regular review and oversee the execution of SEM campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI on advertising budget.
? Set policy and guidelines for preparation, and oversee the execution, of EDM campaigns, minimum once a month for each property.
? Grow audience (social media) and mail list (EDM) for each property.
? Regular review and update of websites? contents, written and visual, to maximize conversion rates.
? Analyze and ensure action on new trends as identified using available analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Facebook Insights etc.)
? Track and drive the resorts? website?s SEO performance in accordance with target keywords, current and future.
? Expand the groups online marketing footprint by creating marketing presence on new online platforms.
? Through Marketing team and head office graphic designer/photographer generate new marketing content consistent with Brand Identity for use on websites and various digital media outlets.
? Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and be ready and available to explain efforts and outcomes of marketing activities undertaken.
? Define, review and maintain resort?s customer personas and associated buying cycle for optimal understanding of customer buying behavior.
? Represent the department at group-level management meetings at head office as needed.
