? Diploma or higher in hospitality industry or related filed
? Minimum 2 years experienced as a Front Office Manager position of Hotel or service apartment
? Experience in pre-opening Hotel/Apartment will be advantage
? Knowledge of the Front Office operation and reservation procedures.
? Ability to receive guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
? Extrovert, strong sense of responsibility, alert and agile, pleasant personality.
? Strong ability to solve problems ? identify and find solution
? Good Leader ship skill and motivate staff
? Good command of both spoken and written English
? Good communication, Strong service mind and Mature
? Good computer skills
