Club Millesime Lounge Agent (Permanent & Temporary Contract)

- Reasonable English language skills
- Sound organizational skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team of individuals
- Able to handle demanding workload
- Detailed knowledge of Food and Beverage

- Club Millesime waiter/ waitress reports directly to the Club Millesime Manager (Manager on duty in his/her absence) and is guided during his/her shift by Club Millesime waiter/ waitress Supervisor.
- Club Millesime waiter/ waitress will occasionally be assigned to act as Club Millesime waiter/ waitress Supervisor; she would then be coordinator of the activity and would ensure the proper work of the Club Millesime operations.
- Club Millesime waiter/ waitress will participate actively in the Front Office activity for all the Club Floor rooms and suites. His/her mission is to reach the best satisfaction from all the guests staying at the Club Floor.
- Club Millesime waiter/ waitress has been selected for her/ his perfect knowledge of the hotel procedures and standards, and for his/her guest relations skills. He/she then has to keep at any time of her duty a strong guest focus and to ensure that each guest staying at the Club Floor spends the most enjoyable stay as much as possible.
