To handle all administrative work and to ensure the smooth running operation of the sales department under the supervision.
Cooperates with all concerned departments to ensure the accuracy of information issued.
Able to support sale team in preparing sales quotations and report.
Follows and provides feedback to the superior of ways to improve the sales and marketing standards and policy.
Monitoring the customer accounts and managing the contracts.
Keeping track of sales targets
Helps develop room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
