- Knowledge in hospitality business

- Can communicate both written and spoken in English.
- Background in Comanche or relevant in Hotel system.

- To greet and welcome to all guest and assistance to guest during their stay
- Take care of check in/out and escort guests to the room.
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Supervise of Guest Service Agent
- To be the good leader and can control a difficult situation by self in case if no Manager on duty.
- To offer close cooperation with all the department as we are working as a team
