MICE Hotel experience
-Digital background knowledge
-Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude and mature with a good leadership.
-Able to manage work systematically, well organized.
-Has experience in Anais, Opera
-Good command of both written and spoken English & Thai.
-The Business Development Director is to promote the hotel in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market.
-The Business Development Director performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotels norms and by internal regulations.
-Draws up the Marketing Plan annually together with General Manager of the hotel and ensures that the plan is adhered to and monitors its progress.
-Monitors and supervises his/her team?s production and activities to achieve goals.
-Will focus on MICE and Events to achieve company goals.
-Dedicated to MICE
- Working 5 Days/Week
