1.Experienced in similar role or position for
3-4 years
2.Pre-opening experience, especially in
recruitment and training is a plus and can
work under construction site
3.Strong knowledge in human resource and
administrative area such as time attendant,
labor law, payroll, staff benefit and
welfare, training plan etc.
4.Able to handle work in small scale staff to
larger scale in the future
