รายละเอียดงาน
1) Designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue
2) Carrying out health and safety checks on the equipment and site
3) Maintaining high levels of customer care, often with a particular focus on avoiding loss of existing users
4) Handling complaints and incidents, e.g. accidents and emergencies or theft
5) Advertising and promoting the club or center to increase usage, which may include commissioning and considering market research
6) Recruiting, Training and Supervising staff, including managing staff rotas
7) Writing monthly or weekly reports and preparing cash projections for center owners or more senior management
