- Proficient in English and Thai , any other language will be an advantage

- Ensure Guest requests are handled in a timely manner
-Be fully knowledgeable about hotel restaurants and facilities, to ensure to keep informed all changes and additions, knowledgeable of opening times, types of cuisines and dress codes.
- Be familiar with all daily events and functions within the hotel
- Demonstrate a commitment to provide warm, anticipative service to exceed the needs and expectations of our discerning guests
- Advise Guests of points of interest in the surrounding area
- Be familiar with all guest services and information guests may require. Assist guests with confirming airline tickets, making restaurant reservations, arranging tours and making transportation arrangements.
- Maintain high level of communication and feedback within the department
- Project and maintain the image of the highest standards within the hotel at all times
- Record all incidents or service failures in One Touch Service
- Well versed in a guest employment engagement.
- Maximize the sale of our internal outlets
- Maintain amicable and co-operative working relations with all other departments
- Comply with all Health and Safety legislation, using working practices that are safe and sensible to your colleagues and to yourself
- Assist in the departmental training of new colleagues
- Display an attitude of friendliness, courtesy and sincerity to all guests (internal and external), making them feel welcomed, at ease, using guest names at every given opportunity
- Build relationship with our guests, knowledgeable of all regular guests and their personalized preferences
- Able to work different shifts, start and end times depending on business volumes
