- Organizes and directs the preparation of the weekly cover forecasts by all outlet manager.
- Supervises the preparation, presentation and service of food and drinks to ensure the highest quality at all times.
- Supervises and coordinates pricing and preparation of menus, beverage and wine lists
- Manage the day to day operation of outlets in accordance with established SOP
