Responsible for Learning & Development needs and managing the overall training functions, including planning and implementing Learning and Development initiatives for all Team Members of the property to meet both objectives and achievement of goals set forth by the management. Creates the engaging and recognized atmosphere in the company. Partly support the document translation and training material initiation
