Job Scope:
- Update hotel database on a regular basis plus input the new contacts passed by various departments in the main database.
- Assist the marketing team to update hotel information and rates in all website or new opportunity to expose the hotel to the public.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly e-newsletter for consumers and share with relevant team.
- Assist marketing team to in coordinate with hotel partners in terms of the co- promotion programs by submitting information required by partners.
- Preparing monthly report to submit to review at the end of the month which includes printing, promotions and advertising.
- Be aware of activities in the hotel i.e. food and beverage promotions, VIP arrivals, new appointments or promotions of employees that should trigger awareness.
- In charge in all purchasing order, par stock item for marketing department.
- Assist departments concerned in matters pertaining to public relations to support sales and marketing, food and beverage, employee relations, and community affairs.
- Possess good telephone manners and be able to answer inquiries about the hotel to the media and the general public.
- Responsible for filing of marketing document, and requisitioning of office supplies as well as maintain an effective tracing system for files and paper work.
- Assist in any other tasks assigned by the management.
