- Develops high quality relationships with guests especially VIP throughout their stay in order to increase guest loyalty
- Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settle directly by a Premier officer to Team leader, providing a rapid solution
- Ensures that guest documentation and information is available and up-to-date
- Monitor and supervise Premier team on daily operation in order to achieve highest standard of service
- Ensures guests are satisfied with their stay as they leave, informing his/her superior of necessary
- Ensures that service meet guest?s expectation
- Ensures that overall team performance are up to standard at all time
- Keeps track of the standard of services delivered, based on guest comments and quality audits
- Prepares the rooms for arrival VIP guest by coordinate with housekeeping
- Ensure that internal procedures are duly applied
