1. Male/Female 30-40 years old
2. Have experience directly more 5 years with similar or manager position
3. Can be relocate and travel to up country as per the job required.
4. Good communication in English
5. Can work under pressure and flexible time

1.Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
2.Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements
3.Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
3.Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPI- s, schedules, policies and procedures
4.Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
5.Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
