Good communication skills both in Thai and English , English proficiency is a must with minimum of 600 TOEIC.
Outgoing, great inter-personal skill, service-minded.
Computer literate, MS Office.
High flexibility, multi-tasking, able to work independently.
Background in customer service and motorsports/ Go kart would be advantages.
Has knowledge of Finance & budgeting , Sales & Marketing.

1) Manage and execute the implementation Impact Speed Park business plan
2) Manage the manpower plan for Impact Speed Park.
3) Responsible in budget control, expense control, preforming cost-benefit analysis report
4) Responsible for coordination in and between departments
5) Create and update standard operating procedures
6) Plan marketing strategy
7) Manage and delegate suitable responsibilities to team
8) Create team development plan
9) Responsible for safety issues of Speed Park.
