Languages: Fluent English and one South-East-Asian language are a basic requirement, a third or fourth language will be strongly appreciated
A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a minimum of 5 years experiences in the rooms division of a comparable hotel/hotel group is required
Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve a consistely high level of performance
Resilience - patient determination is key to success in this role
