Computer Literate.
Ability to deal with the department- s correspondence independently.
Ability to file and retrieve and Various records and correspondence of the department, both from manual and computer systems.
Ability to receive guests courteously.
Familiarity with Front Office Procedures or at least 1 semester internship experience.
