รายละเอียดงาน
1.To be always well groomed and in neat, fully cleaned attired uniform according to Hotels dress code.
2.To report to work as scheduled so as to promote good customers service and teamwork.
3.To be responsible for the proper keeping of the bar he is assigned to look after. Must be held responsible for the stock, dispensing of drinks, service to guests, correct inventory, update the custom book, the beverage requisition of stock for the daily business.
4.To be familiar with the drink prices, bottle prices and all the beverage policies. Must be able to prepare International cocktails as well as the in-house cocktails.
5.To be tactful and courteous when dealing with guests.
6.To be able to cope with busy (rushed) conditions and effectively interact with the service staff.
7.To be cost-conscious and be aware of wastage. Always use the first-in, first-out procedure.
8.To be familiar with all house rules and conform to them.
9.To not mishandle Hotel- s properties, cash or guest- s property.
10.To maintain the highest standard of drink preparation and ensure that every aspect of making the drink is carefully looked after. Garnish must be fresh and in good condition.
11.To be aware of all repair and maintenance work to be done in his bar and report any defects that needs to be rectified.
12.To be able to handle guest complaints efficiently and report all complaints to his superior.
13.To be responsible for the opening and closing duties and procedures.
14.To comply with cashiering procedures when manning the cashiering machines.
15.Perform such other duties and assumes responsibilities that may be assigned to him from time to time by management.
