Position Summary:
Conference Events Sales Executive is part of sales team focusing on achieving sales targets, increasing revenue and market share for the Property from Conference Centre facilities.
Responsibilities:
1.Receiving, handling and converting conference enquiries.
2.Leading the Conference Sales team to achieve sales targets and guidance/learning to develop team skills.
3.Planning conference in conjunction with the client.
4.Finding new leads including but not limited to sales calls, visits, trade shows, cold calls, scheduled sales blitz etc.
5.To ensure conference rooms are always maintained presentable for viewing options.
6.Being contact point and coordinate with related departments for preparation requirements.
7.Handling all documents in Conference Sales Department.
8.Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
