- Supervises switchboard team under concept of - One stop services-
- Is in charge of coordinating the team as well as with other department in order to maximize guest satisfaction over the phone
- Ensure that all team members are well updated on hotel information as well as surrounding area
- Ensures that guests' requests take priority in the team's work
- Ensures that services meet guests' expectations
- Supervise the team members on Room Service operation especially order taker function
- Prepare guest inquiries daily tracking report to monitor on daily operation of department concerned
- Keeps track of the standard of services delivered, based on guest inquiries daily tracking report
- Supervises the Service Center' checklist
- Ensure all team members are fully knowledgeable on Service Center operation through internal training
- Ensures the team can promptly handle emergency situation according to emergency standard at all time
- Ensures internal procedures are duly applied
- Is in charge of coordinating the team as well as with other department in order to maximize guest satisfaction over the phone
