Senior Security Supervisor

Requirements and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel or resort.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety guidelines is required.
Strong organizational and motivation skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and other software programs related to the job.
Ability to analayze data and assess risks effectively and efficiently.
Ability to establish and promote a proactive safety culture focused on incident prevention and regulatory compliance.
Ability to lead the team with a can-do attitude.

Direct control and coordinate all security activities ensuring that property- s facilities, buildings, equipment, guests and their property are safe from malicious damage or theft.
