Sommelier (Expat/Thai) / ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านไวน์ (ต่างชาติ/คนไทย)

Education: Licensed Sommelier. Hotel/Hospitality Degree or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2 years Sommelier experience in a 5 star luxury Hotel

Language: English with ability to communicate clearly and knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.

Other Knowledge & Skills: Full knowledge of the operations of restaurant and bar procedures. Excellent interpersonal skills, with combination of practical experience and education knowledge

Abilities and aptitudes to perform each duty proficient to create, and delivers an outstanding satisfaction and positive service for the guests. Excellent knowledge of wine & spirit, ability to up-sell and communicate freely with guests.
