TRISARA (PHUKET)
Reports to: PRU Chef de Cuisine / Food and Beverage Manager
- Oversee the day to day management of the restaurant team ensuring exceptional
standards are delivered and maintained.
- To manage from the front by running and overseeing shifts. Remaining hands on within the operation.
- To ensure the restaurant is always presented perfectly, with a strong focus on cleanliness
- Schedule staff hours and assign tasks for service members.
- Help train, develop, motivate staff and monitor their performance while keeping an open communication for corrections needed.
- Ensure sufficient training so food is presented in an acceptable manner
- Educate service staff members in product awareness and cultivate long term service knowledge.
- Ensure that assigned staff members have reported to work; document any late or absent employees.
- Maintain positive guest relations and high standards of service at all times.
- To be responsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Solve all customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
- To be responsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities, and to conduct a regular preventative maintenance inspection.
- To lead by example with regard to service standards as required for an award winning restaurant
- To ensure a truly warm and welcoming experience for all guests dining in the restaurant
- To ensure that guests expectations are exceeded at all times
- To display an outstanding knowledge of all food, wines, cooking techniques and ingredients provenance
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
- Promote teamwork and work with team spirit, praise other- s work, listen to other opinions.
- Maintain Loyalty and responsibility to the team.
- Check that all items are ready before the restaurant opens.
- Double check on closing the restaurant that it is ready to open the next day.
- Use weekly forecast for expected business to manage overtime and time off.
- Be aware of staffing requirements.
- Check that all staffs are well - groomed.
