รายละเอียดงาน
1.To assist the VP Revenue/ Online Sales Director in maximizing room revenues online by keeping rate parity across all channels.
2.Check Rate Shopping tool daily for the next 90 days to check on rate parity.
3.Be completely knowledgeable with the properties and their special rates and promotions.
4.Monitor availability and rates whilst ensuring rate parity across all online channels.
5.Monitor rates and ensuring rate is yield when appropriate.
6.Ensure all extranets are updated constantly according to the rate policy.
7.Monitor online channels bookings on a daily basis and take necessary action to contact or visit agents in order to increase business levels.
8.Complete the E-commerce Overview report and send to the properties weekly on the day before RSM (where needed).
9.Plan and execute regular sales visits to designated contacts (Online Travel Agents)
