- Bachelor or Master Degree holder in any field.
- Must hold a minimum of 6 years Food and Beverage Procurement Manager experiences in Hotel business
- Procurement experiences in Restaurants chain will be a plus.
- Strong sourcing and negotiation skills in Food & Beverage chain.
- Good in Oral and written skill English.

- Leading the procurement Food & Beverage team and be responsible for overall procurement activities for the whole organization group.
- Develop and implement a sourcing strategy that in line the business objective.
- Access and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing, timelines and priority in a fair and competitive way.
- Control production and logistics flow of merchandising materials to secure functional materials are accomplished on schedule and off track situation being identified and rectified.
- Create and maintains a system for a regional item and details, a regional supplier and details.
- Establish a Regional Approve Item Lists and a Regional Approve Vendor Lists , releasing to entitiesใ
- Deliver significant competitive advantage to the co. through the management of key suppliers.
- Explore new technology, supply source, design and production method to secure sufficient supplier choice and bring in cost effectiveness and competitive edge.
- Monitor key supplier performances to meet and exceed the requirements of Internal customers, Procurement and Audit Services.
- Close control of purchasing budgets, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring delivery schedules are met.
- Sourcing for new suppliers.
