- 5-7 years of marketing communication, PR or related experience required, preferably in luxury or upscale segments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations or a related field.
- Dynamic and highly creative thinking, work well under pressure and full of team spirit.
- A very organized person who excellent time management skills.
- Good communicator and Coordinator who has excellent written and verbal communication skill both Thai and English.

- To plan advertising and PR schedule and budget for the hotel and estimate the resources which needs to be allocated in conjunction with the plans.
- Seeking story placement in local and national media.
- Soliciting media coverage for all special events and programs.
- Generating publicity for new facilities, entertainment, services and functions of the hotel through news releases, memos and story solicitation of the news media.
- Initiating and placing the hotel and/or hotel personnel stories in local media that will add to the awareness and prestige of the hotel.
- Acting as a liaison between the hotel and the press to answer all media inquiries.
- To establish and maintain, through advertising and PR, a desired and favorable. Image of the organization within the Hotel industry.
- To organize events/ activities related to the advertising and PR of the Hotel in respect to improving public goodwill.
- Make and formulate a plan and strategy for a calendar of events.
- To establish and maintain a visible and updated mailing list for all special interest groups to events marketing and press contacts.
- To assist in the production of all printed material required by the property. All print jobs to have GM approval.
- Coordinate the production of in-house magazine or newsletter to give updates on activities in the hotel to our guests, clients, corporate head office as well as employees.
- Create a resource center - offering newspaper and magazine clipping service and hotel related publications to ensure an effective communications and information systems.
- Developing long-range plans and goals for PR & Promotions
- Preparing monthly reports & activities.
- Supervising subordinates.
- Assist in development, implementation, and promotion of programs and / or special events to increase Food and Beverage and Catering Sales Revenue. And achieve publicity in the appropriate publications.
- Through organized sales calls/ activities/ solicitations, develop potential events which are media driver, revenue generating; increase our standing in the community.
- Assist with sales in hotel site inspection as required with meeting and conference organizers, who have high potential media value.
- To obtain market intelligence regarding a specifically assigned competitor hotel and their selling/ marketing strategies, new facilities etc.
- Maintain accurate call reports and documentation of conversations/ commitments in the appropriate file.
- To keep track of competitor- s activities on an ongoing basis and report on them in the appropriate meetings.
