Admin Assistant to Director of Engineering

* Bachelor degree in any field.
* Strategic thinker character, ability to translate and communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences
* Fair command of English, both written and spoken
* Good relationship with other
* Thai nationality

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. AVANI employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

* Provide secretarial support to the Chief Engineering by performing dictation, correspondence, translation typing and filling activities, handling all out-going and incoming memos.
* Keep up-to-date personnel records of the Engineering department.
* Handle all operational documents and forms.
* Handle telephone calls, taking messages, arranging business appointment etc.
* Write circulars, notices, memos and letters as directed.
* Perform all other engineering office activities.
* Responsible for minimizing environmental impacts and delivering results against the hotel- s environmental goal.
* Perform other duties as may be assigned.
