Assistant Director of Events & Catering

- Proven experience as Event Manager Skilled.
- Strong Group Sales ability.
- Process motivational leader skill, high energy, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills.

- Follow up all other details for the function room and work closely with account managers/ Reactive Sales.
- Responsible for finding outside catering events to all concern areas.
- Reviewing the BEO and action plan prepared the Events Coordinator, Account Manager and Reactive Sales and coordinating this with other departments.
- Conducting BEO meetings with other concerned departments.
- Provide a forecast report on all function space monthly.
- Control the function space and space block. Managing the event selection base on yielding of the revenue.
- Responsible for achieving the Banquet budget.
- Coaches, Mentors, and guides the Event Coordinator.
