- High vocational degree or above from an accredited institution in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
- Minimum of 7-8 years experience for executive position in handling Thai and International culinary from a well established and reputation service institution in a similar position.
- Proficient in English both spoken and written.
- Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
We are recruiting an Sous Chef who will look after and administer the entire culinary functions with multiple kitchen locations and 50+ staff. Duties will include creation of food items, menu planning, developing and maintaining quality/cost control, keeping high level of cleanliness/safety, kitchen staff training, special food promotion and other administration.
