High school or Vocational certificate field

POSITION OVERVIEW:

- Makes sure that the restaurant is well organized and ready for operation
- Supervises and coordinates the activities of the dining room in a restaurant/Bar.
- Check all reserved bookings and confirm beforehand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer relations
- Serving food and beverage to guests in Bar
- Develops high quality relationships with guests
- Maintains guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in appropriate logbooks for reference.
- Greet guests upon arrival into the bar and guiding guest to prefer sitting area.
- Providing the guest with a memorable experience at the RedSquare.
- Educating the guests on our range of vodka.
