รายละเอียดงาน
Responsible for communication within Housekeeping and linen & Laundry and between Housekeeping and laundry contractor or accounts, purchasing, departments regarding tenant- s laundry and stock. To pass along request for service.
1. Receives tenant telephone calls and record into the logbook to follow-up all tenants requests and other matters to followed up by Supervisors. Periodically check whether work has been accomplished and follow-up whenever necessary.
2. Recording and filing of check in and check out notification and follow-up requirements if any.
3. Issuing and filing of miscellaneous charge, direct orders etc.
4. Updating of the information on requirements on the board for follow-up.
5. Liaise and co-ordinate with supervisors on the movement of tenants- requests.
6. Keep individual record of all stock movement, any shortage to put a purchase requisition.
7. Record, stock talking and Linen, toiletry, utensil, etc. inventory at every end of the month.
8. Receives and records of all Housekeeping materials, supplies and equipment- s.
9. Issues stock to Housekeeping personnel and keeps record.
10. Help to do linen/stock as when required.
11. To record and issue of Lost & Found items from apartments and clear every two-month on items that are not valuable (for valuable clear every on year)
12. To check and records all tenants laundry, uniform, linen for out side laundry every day.
13. Take care, all forms, stationary, guest supplies and amenities of Housekeeping Department.
