- Ability to upsell F&B items and resolve complaints
- Thorough knowledge of Japanese menus and beverage items
- Ability to perform table side food presentation
- Good human relations skills
- Ability to train staff and report on their progress
- Ability to deal with guests and resolve problems
- Knowledge of wines
- Ability to communicate well with guests when taking orders
- Can relay orders to staff.
- Good knowledge of a la carte service

- Assist the Assistant Manager with the daily operation of the venue, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and profit contribution.
- Must be punctual in his scheduled time to check his station, train his staff about menus and service procedures and discipline the staff.

- The Supervisor will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the Hotel- s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service quality is maintained.
