You will make it to the next round if you are:

- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Housekeeping.
- Directs and supervises activities of the Housekeeping and other related employees.
- Coordinates with other managers for all activities of the hotel.
- Interacts with clients, guests, government officials, supplies, and other important individual in the community in promoting the hotel.

An opportunity came up to join our Team as Housekeeping Manager for the first property in Bangkok, Chinatown. We need your expertise, motivation and willingness to learn and grow to shape this important part of our company's future.

You will:

- Play a vital role in setting up the Housekeeping department including reviewing/ creating manuals/ SOPs, ensure Health and Safety procedures are implemented and adhered to
- Manage, motivate, develop, hire, train and WOW the Team
- Manage and organise general housekeeping operations and stock control, create reports, ensure Quality Assurance and highest customer service levels and brand standards are followed
- Be happy to take on extra projects, create new things, enthuse others about your ideas, and assist in the property's setup phase where needed.
