1. Minimum of 5 years in F&B operations, of which at least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in a 5 stars hotel/establishment.
2. Strong track record of F & B experience
? Under the general guidance and supervision of the F&B Manager, and within the limits of established policies and procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the food & beverage operation.
? To responsibly control, organize and administer all food and beverage operations in the outlet.
? Co-ordinates functions and activities with other departments.
