* Manage and organize the customer relations, events and manage operation for all Hotel outlets and function and maintain high standards of operations, service and merchandising to maximize profits
* Work closely with Marketing Communication Team assisting with new product launches
* Providr leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service operations and guest satisfaction including profitability.
* Responsible for managing the Hotels management team and overall hotel targets to deliver an excellent guest experience.
* Ensure compliance to Hotel operating controls, SOP- s, KPI, policies, procedures and service standards.
* Monitor closely hotels business on a daily basis
