Restaurant Supervisor

- Education: Secondary School/Diploma in Restaurant Management
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of F&B Service Experience
- Language: English/Thai - Proficient Oral and Written, additional foreign language skills will be an advantage

Knowledge & Skills: Knowledge of F&B operations. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to upsell and communicate freely with guests. Supervise, lead and motivate hosts in the assigned outlet. Ensure the standard of service is met and is in line with the resort policies and procedures. Ensure efficiency and general order within the outlet at all times. The candidates should also be able to conduct regular team skills training as per standard operational procedures.
